Here are our picks of the week….

....stay tuned for an exciting new feature of The Perennial Farm, starting next week.

Achillea ‘Moonshine’ Qt., #1 & #2s - Budded and full, soon to provide a splash of lemony yellow color against the silvery foliage.

Baptisia ‘Purple Smoke’ & ‘Carolina Moonlight’ #1 - Beautiful native selections of the Perennial Plant of the Year, (Baptisia australis), are budded above the gray-green rounded foliage.

‘Brilliance’ Autumn Fern #2 – Find a big space because these beauties will fill it! Enjoy the striking copper color of many new fronds.

Delosperma dyeri, ‘Osberg’ and ‘T.M. John Profit’ Qts. – Vibrant coral and orange blooms of dyeri, soft white blooms of ‘Osberg’, and magenta ‘T.M John Profitt’ blooms contrast nicely with the succulent green foliage. Put them in a rock garden!

Hemerocallis ‘Happy Returns’, ‘Pardon Me’ and ‘Stella D’Oro’ #2s – Fresh and full, can’t wait for those blooms that never stop!

Heuchera ‘Caramel’, ‘Citronelle’, ‘Marmalade’, ‘Miracle’, ‘Snow Angel’, and ‘Tiramisu’, #1 – An amazing palette of colors from chartreuse to peachy-orange and a touch of burgundy, these nice and full Heucheras will brighten up any shady spot.

Heucherella ‘Stoplight’ and ‘Sweet Tea’ #1 – These sweet selections, now blooming atop nice full foliage, will stop a show!

Nepeta ‘Little Titch’, Qt. & #2 – A cute little Nepeta, so well behaved and compact, it is blooming a lovely lavender-blue against gray-green foliage.

Salvia ‘May Night’ Qt., #1 & #2 – It’s not May yet but these beauties are starting to show color with deep indigo flower spikes and nice full foliage.

Others to please the eye (and the customer):

Achillea ‘Paprika’; Astilbe ‘Visions’ and ‘Visions in Red’; Coreopsis ‘Moonbeam’, ‘American Dream’ and ‘Walter’; Ligularia ‘Desdemona’; Penstemon ‘Husker Red’; Stachys ‘Helen von Stein’, ‘Silver Carpet’ and ‘Silky Fleece’; and Tiarella ‘Brandywine’, ‘Dark Star’, and wherryi.
